This bundle pairs the Sentinel Rum with our Espresso Rumtini RTD, a bartender-balanced ready-to-drink alternative to the famed Espresso Martini. Together with Sentinel, real espresso, and salty caramel, this cocktail delivers proof that the Espresso Martini was always better suited to rum. Combine 10cl with ice in a shaker, shake until well chilled, strain into a martini glass, garnish with three espresso beans.

Most dark rums disappear into a cocktail. The Sentinel doesn't and it's the reason the cocktail works. This bundle gives you both sides of it: the Espresso Rumtini RTD, ready to shake and strain tonight, and the full bottle of the Sentinel Rum to pour neat or mix into your own espresso rumtini from scratch.

The Perfect Pour: Tools & Preparation

What you need:

Cocktail Shaker

(Boston or Cobbler)

Jigger

(or a simple measuring cup)

Strainer or a fine tea strainer

(for a crystal-clear pour)

Step-by-Step Guide

01. Measure

Pour 10–12 cl of the cocktail into your shaker filled with plenty of ice.

02. Shake

Shake for 10 seconds until the shaker feels ice-cold.

03. Strain

Double-strain through your cocktail strainer and tea sieve into a coupette.

04. Garnish

Garnish with three espresso beans.

Pro Tip:

Add 1–2 drops of Fee Foam to the shaker before shaking for an extra-thick foam cap

The Espresso Martini, revamped.

Where most versions of this cocktail reach for vodka and call it done, we started over. The Sentinel Rum, our Caribbean blend dark rum, matured by sound, carrying warm notes of butter toffee, dark chocolate, ripe peach and dried fruits turns out to be what this drink always needed. Roasted coffee and dark rum speak the same language with warmth, complexity, and a depth that vodka simply doesn't have the vocabulary for. Salty caramel ties it all together by rounding the edges, adding body, leaving a finish that earns a second round.
